Most Likable Photos

The photo that best represents perspective is the bottom right photograph of the hand because it truly shows what a book would see.

The photo that best captures the mood of the place is the top left photograph because it creates a calm, peaceful atmosphere.

The photo that effectively conveys the sounds of the place is the bottom left photograph because the environment seems quiet and barren.

The photo that is the most powerful example of combining perspective and place is the top right because it shows King Street from the point of view of a dog!

Photoshop Fun

Rough editing in Photoshop!

We worked with hue and saturation levels as well as curving photographs. Fun stuff, and amazing how a picture can be "manipulated"!

This happens to be the first photo attempt of Digital Photography class.  Even though I took multiple pictures, this particular one stood out to me.  I like how the audience can see the entire "University Bookstore" sign but how it is essentially in the background of the lamp post which is in the foreground.  The sky behind the bookstore and the lighting seem to be pretty decent despite this being my first go-round with using a "professional" camera.  Hopefully my skills shall improve and my knowledge about the camera does as well.

Start of Something New...

This will display my attempt of taking pictures and making them pretty enough to display them to the public!
